(b) Inability to transmit data due to failures in communications terminals or telecommunications equipment;
(c) Suspension, delay of services or system failures beyond Sibia’s reasonable control such as hacker or cyber-attacks, technical adjustments or telecommunications department failures, website upgrades, third-party issues, or any suspension or disruption of transportation or business operations (including delays or disruptions due to government orders regarding the resumption of work or operations) in the event of a national or regional epidemic or pandemic outbreak;
(d) System failures and inability to function due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods), power failures, fires, storms, war, political unrest, labour strikes, material or labour shortages, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, explosions, acts of God, government actions, court or tribunal orders, or non-performance by third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
